INDRON® PLYhRBR incorporates long-lasting lubricating microcrystals and extreme pressure particles into its surface-activated interpenetrating network polymer alloy.
This design ensures low friction and minimal wear, even in high-sand-content media, making it the most wear-resistant grade in the INDRON® elastoplastic alloy series.
Surface Hardness and Particle Management
With relatively low surface hardness, PLYhRBR can accommodate and embed abrasive particles, transferring them from the friction pair to the water trough for discharge.
This unique feature helps maintain material integrity and protects the shaft or sleeve from damage.
Resistance to Seizure
PLYhRBR offers excellent performance stability, preventing shaft seizure even during prolonged inactivity, such as when vessels are docked.
